She is currently focused on writing screenplays, novels, and children's books.

Her stories, essays and poems have appeared in numerous magazines, journals and anthologies, including Alaska Quarterly Review, Cottonwood, Calliope, Sassy and English Journal and, most recently, MIDLIFE ON FIRE Volumes I and II.
